Editor's review
This tool helps make bar code images. Supports 50+ bar code types.
Whether UPC, EAN, ISBN, ISSN, Code 128, UCC/EAN-128, ITF-14, SCC-14, SSCC-18 or quite a few others, this tool can handle them and create a suitable bar code meeting the standards. In all more than 50 formats are supported by the tool. Pre-defined ISBN and ISMN formatting is handled by the tool. The resolution of the images that are created can be controlled and can be as high as 4800 DPI. TIF, BMP, PNG, JPG format or as a vector image in Enhanced MetaFile (EMF) or Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) are the formats these images can be saved in. The printing of the labels are no problem either. They can be printed with regular Windows printers and on 330 or so predefined label paper as well as your own format.
Large number of these images can be saved in one go. It would be useful when you are getting a bunch (32,000) of these labels generated automatically. You could rotate and/or mirror the images. The settings can be done in one click following the GS1 standards. That makes things quite easy. If you still need help there is a very detailed, large manual available for help. The interface is organized well and has a preview image. You are absolutely sure that you got what exactly you wanted, before committing the images to print or saving them for future use. The images can also be saved in vector format so that they can be printed any size or resolution you need. Import of data through Excel is possible when a large number of the labels are to be made.
